My Client has an urgent requirement for a Success Factors HR consultant to work on a long term contract role in Ireland.
We are looking for a Consultant/Contractor that has Success Factors HR system analysis/implementation experience. This individual will work alongside other Success Factors consultants to implement modules of Success Factors over the next couple of years. The role will be reporting to the internal PM and be responsible for ensuring that requirements are designed and planned for, from the outset and subsequently implemented.
The modules we're interested in initially are: Employee Central at a minimum, ideally experience of other modules too including Recruitment, Compensation, Performance & Goals. Excellent analytical skills required. Ideally Financial Services experience.
This is going to be a multi-year programme offering attractive rates for the right consultant.
