Internal Communications Manager
Internal Communications Manager required to join our Financial Services Client based in Edinburgh for an initial 6 month contract. The selected candidate will join our client's Ring Fencing Programme within Group Finance. This role has a top end rate available of £413 per day.
To be considered for this role, applicants should have the following experience:
* Internal Communication Management
* Experience in Change Management
* Financial Services
* Ability to account for Colleague Impact in Communications
* Based on detailed understanding, define and recommend the right approaches for the communication needs of each impacted business area and population
* Assess and report on communications effectiveness
* Ability to multi-task, problem solve at speed and deliver effective communications in a fast-moving agile environment
* Maintain a breadth of view of colleague communications and consolidate messages for maximum effect
