Description
Around 7+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce. Requires understanding of Salesforce functionality and integration methods. Ability to guide and explain Salesforce functionality to the business. Should have experience in contract management.
Meet with the business and technical team to gather and document Salesforce enhancement business requirements. Create BRD's (Business Requirement Documents) and NFR's (Non-Functional Requirements).
Participant in testing to ensure requirements have been met, convert unit test scripts into business UAT scripts.
Do analysis of identified business issues and provide recommendations on solutions.
At least 2 or more from the following:
Salesforce.com Certified Administrator/Advanced Administrator
Salesforce.com Certified Developer
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Platform Developer 1
