DC Pensions Administrator

A fantastic role to work within the Defined Contributions Department as part of the Transfer & Retirement team who are responsible for providing Back Office services that deliver outcomes instructed by members. These include preparing and undertaking cases for disinvestment. We are a dynamic team committed to providing the best member services in a demanding and evolving regulatory landscape.

DC Pensions Administrator

Purpose of your role -

The role is commercially sensitive and therefore will be discussed with potential candidates at interview.

Your Key Accountabilities:
The complexity of Legacy pensions, the quality of data and pension regulation make retirement benefits challenging to understand and ensure the customer gets the best possible outcome. The role will have accountabilities with this type of background.

Your typical skills and experience-

*Minimum of 5 years pensions experience
*Defined Contributions knowledge, awareness of industry developments and changes in Pension Regulations desirable
*Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
*A desire to ensure each and every customer outcome is accurate and the best it can be
*Flexible, adaptable and responds well to changing business needs
*Proven communication skills
*Effective problem solver
*Ability to work under pressure
