Sales Manager UKWe are currently recruiting for our client, a one of the world's leading provider of high-frequency and fiber optic interconnect solutions, for a Sales Manager to join them in the UK.

Responsibilities:
- Development and performance of client Site Solution sales activities in the UK
- Develop and manage customer accounts
- Define a 2 to 3 years comprising business plan and sales strategy for the market(s)
- Action plans to penetrate existing and new opportunities
- Grow the sales and the market share of client on an annual basis
- Support and manage UK distribution channels
- Assistance in the development and implementation of marketing plans
- Presentations and RFP/RFQ responses
- Introduce client and its products to customers, arrange for technical presentations, meetings, training sessions, define customer requirements, provide feedback to engineering, marketing and production departments
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers in accordance with instructions from management
- Collect market information and report back to the organization
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales in the wireless infrastructure market
- Dynamic, flexible, independent, driver and a team player
- Experience in working with key account management of infrastructure equipment within the telecom industry towards operators, OEMs and installers.
- Good technical skills.
- Already established contact network within the telecoms industry in UK
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
- Proven sales track record of telecom infrastructure equipment to the UK market
