Operations Analyst
Role Purpose
Location: Prague
- The Junior Operations Analyst is the role to analyse and monitor daily operations (eg monitoring actuals vs. budget, bought in service costs, time records, charge out, team performance)
- The Junior Operations Analyst will support the design, the continuous generation and the presentation of Key Performance Indicators for our organisational
- The Junior Operations Analyst supports internal process definition and improvement with focus on measurable and cost-effective outcomes
- The Junior Operations Analyst provides presentation material for organisational communications and events
Major Accountabilities

- Operational KPI definition, monitoring and presentation
- Tracking of actuals vs. budget, external liabilities, charge out of services
- Tracking of internal compliance documentation and training
- Support of continuous improvement initiatives for internal processes and

Education Experience
Education
- Bachelor degree or adequate equivalent
Language
- English: Very good spoken and written
- Additional language preferred
Experience
- > 1 year of relevant professional business/IT experience
- Expertise across geographic and business boundaries
- Experience with tools, methods and processes related to IT Operational Management
- Proven experience in servicing a global function
- Fundamental knowledge of finance in terms of budgeting and charging
