My client a global IT Services organisation are looking for a Marketing Executive (GTM) Manager, able to cope with significant change, but equally able to have meetings with senior sales management and present/discuss marketing plans.
Develop and/or deliver integrated end-customer, go-to-market programs for one or more products, services and/or solutions within the North Europe region/UK and Ireland. Responsible for the development and/or delivery of integrated end-customer go-to-market (GTM) programs for one or more products, services and/or solutions.
Examples: security solutions. Focused on outbound (customer-facing) activities. Manages execution of GTM marketing strategies and tactical plans. Manages GTM program budgets. Aligns organizations/processes to achieve program goals. Manages delivery of value propositions/messaging for assigned offerings. Executes consideration/preference and/or demand generation campaigns. Executes upsell/cross-sell/attach efforts. May manage customer-facing aspects of offering launch, refresh and end-of-life (EOL) programs. May drive customer and partner development/relationships specific to GTM programs. Tracks/analyses results using closed-loop analysis. Drives continuous improvements to GTM efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Executes marketing strategies and internal/external organizations to drive awareness, consideration, purchase intent and purchase for company offerings.
Build and execute demand generation and/or customer relationship campaigns.
Measure campaign and activity marketing metrics/goals/benchmarks.
Analyse closed-loop analysis to assess program results, determine indicated actions and drive continuous improvements to marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
Education and Experience Required:
BA or BS in Marketing, Business, Psychology or related field
2+ years marketing experience
Team work experience essential
Prior experience in working with sales (field and telesales) and senior sales management
Security software experience an advantage
Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of industry, offering categories, company offerings/strategies, marketing principles/practices/tactics/tools
Good knowledge demand generation activities
Demonstrated ability execute campaigns
Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple high-visibility priorities in fast-paced environment
Good budget management skills;
- Excellent written/oral communications.
- Good analytical ability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build, manage and influence senior sales
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines, both within and outside the company.
- Good team player, excellent ability to collaborate (experience of virtual teams a bonus)
