I am urgently recruiting for an interim Finance Manager/Controller for a Housing Association based in Manchester. This Finance Manager will report directly into the current Finance Director and will be responsible for preparing end of year accounts and auditing.

Contract Length: 4/5 months
Interviews: Wednesday 24th
CV Submission: Today 19/05 at 6:00pm
Rate: Dependent on experience

Day to Day Duties
To prepare end of year accounts pushed to mid-July, working closely with third party auditors. As part of your role you will also mentor and train junior staff with three direct reports. You will work alongside the Finance Director on the refinancing project and maintain direct responsibility of reconciliation accounts.

Essential Skills include:
-Financial & Management Accounting Experience
-Housing Experience
-Year End Audit Accounts Experience
-Audit Preparation
-ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent qualification)
-Mentoring/Management Experience of less experienced teams

Desirable Skills:
-Experience with OmniLedger or Kypera
