A global business in Bristol is looking to hire quickly a Workday Consultant to assist with a global Work-day implementation. You will be working end-to-end with the HR Functional Lead to design, configure and test the new solution.
They are looking for a Workday Functional Analyst with wide experience across core HR, HCM/ Human Capital Management, Core and Advanced Benefits, Learning, Talent and Performance Management but with the ability and experience of performing configurations. Expertise in one particular area will be of use too.
Skill summary:
-Experience as a Workday Consultant through complex global implementations
-Experience across Workday configuration.
-Experience of core HR, HCM/ Human Capital Management, Core and Advanced Benefits, Learning, Talent and Performance Management
-Strong stakeholder and third-party management skills.
