Senior Project Manager (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Plan, lead and monitor deployment activities on site level, including Stakeholder Management, OCM activities (with Site IT OCM Expert), training activities (with Site Training Expert)
- Establish site migration readiness (sign off site migration readiness checklist)
- Accountable for hypercare activities
- Ensure Service Desk capacity/capabilities are adapted to expected demand prior to migration start
- Align site deployment planning with site RMC and Legal department
- For lift-and-shift: Work with global migration team and Regional Deployment Lead to plan the migration in the site (schedule, batches)
- Align with Function Deployment Leads (if/as required) to ensure alignment between function-specific OCM activities and site-specific deployment communications/activities
- Escalation point for local stakeholders and other site deployment roles
Your qualifications
- In-depth experience as Project Manager with profound experience in large scale deployment initiatives
- Project experience in pharma projects mandatory
- Profound experience with OCM
- Senior stakeholder management experience
- Experience with global teams
