SAP OTC Business Analyst with SAP CRM experience
6 month contract role for an experienced SAP Consultant with CRM and OTC experience. Joining the European HQ of a global business running SAP. The primary objective is to make enhancements to the Order to Cash process and well as the CRM module of SAP.
Engaging with super users, end users and business leadership to identify and resolve functional, technical and process issues.
Identify, design, and develop system solutions for business requirements.
Role/opportunity:
- SAP OTC Consultant and SAP CRM Consultant
- Large scale global business with complex OTC and supply chain
- Cross functional experience in any of: Logistics, SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM), SAP Integrated Customer Interface (ICC)
- Gather analyse and document business requirements for approval
- Engage with the SAP Application management teams to configure the system to meet the business requirements
- Proactively seeking continuous improvement opportunities to enhance system functionality
Skills/experience:
- SAP OTC functional/technical experience
- Experience in environment of: multi-plant, multi-company, multi-language, multi-currency, 3rd party distribution, electronic trading (EDI),
- Strong SAP configuration experience in OTC with CRM
- Experience with ECC 6.0 and CRM 7.1 very beneficial.
