Sunsystems Application Expert

Our client is looking for a Sunsystems Application Expert who will work closely with the Sun System Service Manager to be based in Singapore. Frequent travel (at least 50%) to Asia, Australia and potentially different countries in Africa.

Key skills:

  • Sunsystems 6.2 expertise
  • Strong background in ERP implementation for small sales and logistics units, who has experience in IT application services
  • High functional knowledge of the SUN System ERP
  • PMQA reporting tool experience
  • English speaking
  • Business process background and organization change management experience, with a focus on the accounting and cost controlling part
  • Analytical and IT technical background
  • Assertiveness, communication, customer and service oriented, able to adapt speech/behaviour to the audience, leadership
  • Training generation/Training skills, complex user support, build up/improve user knowledge base

Responsibilities:

  • Support in solutioning, IT change management, supplier activity control, testing, master data cutover
  • Active role in improving the user community process and solution knowledge from an IT point of view: managing super user forums, complex training material, generation and provide training where required.
  • Actively participate to the SUN Version 6.2 implementation and roll out for Asia (Blue printing, functional design, implementation control, testing support, training, 3 level support, documentation)
