We are currently looking to recruit a Process Documentation Accountant to work for a major financial services business based in the North West. We are looking for a Finance Manager to map an end to end reporting process and make sure the right controls/documentation are in place as well as recommend necessary changes.

Finance Change Manager Responsibilities:

  • End to end process mapping and documentation of reporting.
  • Make recommendations to current reporting process where necessary.
  • Engage with and influence senior stakeholders across various work streams including Investments, Finance and IT.
  • Work closely with existing Finance team to identify and deliver efficiencies, standardisation and automation to remove errors.

Finance Change Manager skills/experience:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • Significant experience of working within the financial services
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills - a motivated self-starter
  • Can build strong relationships quickly and work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience of implementing and championing process improvement.
  • Numeracy, accuracy, excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Financial systems experience - Oracle.
