SAP Service Delivery Manager - Polish speaking
Whitehall Resources are currently recruiting for a SAP Service Delivery Manager - Polish speaking for our client in Poland.
* Start: June 2017
* End: December 2017
* Work: 100% - Full time
* Remote: Available (mix of onsite and remote)
* Location: Poland
* Language: Polish and English
Role Purpose:
As SAP Service Manager you will be responsible for co-ordinating all activities relating to the SAP service, managing support issues and incident tickets.
Required:
* Strong experience within SAP for Project Management, Change Management & or Release Management
* Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in an IT capacity with leadership responsibility
* Experience working with internal and external consultants/companies
* Broad understanding of the SAP landscapes (ie Basis, Security)
* Comfortable managing complex and significant departmental budgets
* Strong IT Vendor Management/Project Management experience (Software, Hardware)
* Multiple full SAP project life cycles
* Excellent Communication skills (Both Polish and English)
