Description
Project Manager ITOM with profound IT Operating model knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Higher education, e.g. degree in Information Technology and/or relevant business education
- 10+ years of working experience in IT, preferably in project management / service delivery
- Risk management background with experience of implementing new processes or methodologies
- Expert knowledge of ITSM is a big plus
- Excellent customer service and engagement skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Creating detailed deployment preparation, project execution plan and defining roles, responsibilities and processes
- Establishing project governance: reporting, RAID log, EUX steering
- Managing EUX project issues and risks and insure mitigation and fallback
- Defining tollgate plan, criteria and review progress
- Providing complete project reporting
- Key Project Work streams include the following:
- Interim Support Model Design & Implementation
- EUX and End User Training
- Solution Testing
- Data Migration
- Contract Management
- Readiness & Cutover
- ITOM Process Management
- ServiceNow Onboarding co-ordination
