GLOBAL HRIS SOLUTION OWNER/GDANSK/12 MONTH CONTRACT/IMMEDIATE START
My client are urgrently seeking for a global HRIS Solution Owner.
Your overall aim will be to support, deliver and optimise efficient and effective HR operational tools to the internal and external stakeholders with key focus areas being:
- Partner for HRIS, acting as Global HR Automation Expert
- Shared responsibility for SuccessFactors administration with focus on automation of administrative task
- Automation & Standardisation of current reporting landscape.
- Local and functional support to HR colleagues within our current and future toolbox
- Cross functional alignment within our current robotics initiatives
Candidates must have:
A strong desire to optimise tools and processes with focus and interest in automation and robotics to help improve operational performance.
You like to work with both systems and people, and have a strong understanding of how processes connect the two.
You must have been part of an HR transformation in a large global company as a project manager or within HRIS, and you are now looking for new exciting opportunities and challenges where you can use your experience in optimising existing and new implementations. SuccessFactors experience is not a prerequisite but an advantage. System understanding and insight into cloud solutions and automation is a must. Advanced Excel, eg VBA, and Project Management skills are also an advantage.
