- Knowledge of CRM products in market
- Rich Experiences in delivery project as solution architect in CRM area
- Capable for end to end process modelling and integration design
- Good communication skill to convince client regarding scope and design
- Experienced with modelling tools such as Enterprise Architect.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks in parallel without losing focus on deliverables.
- Adapt to evolving requirements and changing priorities.
- Proven experience in writing specification documents such as: high-level design specifications, interface specifications (in this case fulfillment processes for telecommunication products and services)
- Language skills: Excellent spoken and written English & Polish.
- Knowledge in the following areas is an advantage: TMForum Frameworx (eTOM, SID)
