Recruitment Consultant
I am currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to work based in Prague for a 6 month rolling contract.
Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for supporting recruitment activities for the Czech Republic and Germany. You'll be responsible for delivering staffing needs as identified by the Lead Recruitment Business Partners
You will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process including; client customer meetings, screening and identifying candidates, managing offer and on-boarding process.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to an expert level.

- Proven experience of recruiting in a corporate and/or agency recruiting environment, ideally within the Czech Republic/Germany
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a working knowledge of recruiting policies and practices.
- Ability to build relationships, recruit candidates, and influence selection decisions.
- Strong negotiation skills required.
- Ideally fluent in Czech, English and German
