I'm looking for a on boarding advocate.
This role is based in Belfast paying £167 per day for a 6 Month contract.
Job Purpose:
The Client On boarding Team is responsible for client experience, implementing and managing a smooth process to handle all of the aspects of on boarding a client to ensure that they are ready to do business with Capital Markets (across all asset classes).
The Client On boarding Advocate role will involve simplifying the client experience and eliminating delays by taking ownership and mobilising the appropriate resources to ensure a timely and satisfactory resolution for the client.
Working in partnership with clients and several teams in Sales, Legal, Compliance, Credit, Operations, etc to ensure that time to market is minimised and the client receives exemplary service on their introduction to the client.
Additionally the candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities to centralise and optimise the processes to constantly improve client satisfaction and the overall group performance.
Job Background/context:
The client employ a team of dedicated On boarding Professionals to act as the Client's advocate in every aspect of their On boarding including Know Your Customer, Credit & Legal negotiation.
