Establish credibility through understanding the key business drivers and marrying these to delivering IT solutions. You must have experience of working with multiple vendors. Has successfully operated in a Matrix organisation ie has experience of managing the totality of the IT service without having direct accountability for all teams. Can demonstrate delivering an excellent IT service through influencing colleagues at all levels across the IT organisation.
