Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Junior to work within the IT Category Management team.
You will support the IT Category Management team in creating, implementing and delivering sourcing strategies and supplier management across all IT Procurement categories.

You will principally be responsible for managing and supporting the category managers within the IT procurement team so that we deliver sustainable current and future value through the following:
Purchase order mgmt,
Experience with SAP
Liaising with buyers
Convert and approved orders

You will be responsible for/and support the category manager with:
Sourcing
Market Analytics and Intelligence
Purchase Order Management
Supplier Performance Management

It's really important that you're a self starter who is able to operate without daily support from your procurement colleagues and that you can demonstrate the ability to quickly build positive relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders. Analytical, research, communication and presentation skills are all essential qualities for this role.
