Credit Controller (m/f)

Your tasks:
- In this role you will be responsible for interacting with customers and internal departments to collect payment information on accounts
- You will be identifying internal issues causing customer disputes and proactively work with internal departments to identify and assist with the implementation of permanent solutions
- Developing strategies to keep DSO and Bad Debt low is another part of this job, as well as sharing DSO and Bad Debt forecasts with Finance Director/Division on a weekly basis
- Of course you will be preparing weekly cash collection report and you will be creating Bad Debt calculation and general ledger to sales ledger reconciliation
- You will be creating customer specific reports for internal and external use
Your qualifications
- You have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and professional experience in an international environment
- We are looking for someone with fluent skills in English and German, French and other languages are an advantage
- You can show us a demonstrated history of driving improved performance in cash collection
- Furthermore you have strong analytical and organizational skills and you like working in a team and with a diverse group of people
- Last but not least you are goal oriented and self motivated with high bias for action
