Interim Communications Lead (HR/Reward)
Location: Newbury (flexibility to work from home)
Contract: 6 months
Day Rate: £ per day
Sanderson Recruitment is working on behalf of a dynamic and reputable software company to identify an experienced Communications Lead to join on an interim basis. You will work closely with the HR and Reward team to create and execute a communication plan that ensures employees are appropriately informed about changes to contracts and reward.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience of communicating large scale changes to reward programmes
- Working knowledge of how reward processes and HR systems work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent technical communication skills
- Ability to influence at all levels
- Collaborative behaviours
- Experience of working in a global, multi-cultural environment
