Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Security Program Manager willing to execute a number of PMO tasks.
Your main tasks are the following:
- To correct a high number of deviations within the IT Security domain, amongst others, a temporary remediation program will be started.
- The role of the PMO will be to manage this remediation program and to perform a close follow-up with the stakeholders.
- Align internal program management standards with industry good practice standards and ensure documented evidence is available to support the full project life cycle.
- On an ad hoc basis, deal with requests from various stakeholders to receive progress information on the remediation program. Ideally, melt these ad hoc requests into a streamlined process.
- Challenge project deliverables from a content but especially from a completeness and quality perspective where possible.
- Organize status meetings for each project in which delivery is monitored, challenged and optimized.
- Ensure compliance with internal project management processes and take responsibility for escalating issues and risks when and where appropriate.
Soft skills

- Excellent English and either Dutch or French, with conversational knowledge of the other
- Experienced with formal writing and reporting

Technical skills
- A background in technical security is considered a plus, but should not be the dominant area of experience.
- Knowledge of industry good practice project and program management methodologies.
- Know risk-based dashboarding and experienced in different typologies of project/program dashboarding.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a program manager
- Additional years of experience in a security environment is considered a plus
- Previous experience working within financial sector is considered a plus.
- Program management experience for programs defined as strategic considered a plus.
