My client a leading global bank is looking for an experience Finance Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- A full understanding of their businesses Financials.
- A business partner should be self-sufficient taking ownership of all numbers calling upon subject matter experts only from a consultative perspective.
- A full understanding of how their businesses are funded and their capital requirements.
- Lead the Financial Planning, Budgeting and Analysis.
- Performance management is a key responsibility.
- Business partner will be heavily involved in the Financial Planning and Budgeting process being the central point of contact within the bank to answer any performance related queries.
- Work with Finance Business Partner with responsibility for Wealth products with specific focus on Premier, customer and channel
- Span multiple brands as well as multiple distribution channels
Candidate Requirements
- An accountancy qualification ACA, CIMA or similar eg MBA, CFA.
- Relevant work experience.
- Strong management skills.
- Wealth Financial Products experience
- reporting, cost and planning background
- A self-starter with the confidence and initiative to provide a value added service.
- Strong communication skills - this role is the key analytics face off to senior management.
- The ability to deliver presentations to MD/FD level
- Strong analysis and problem solving skills with a creative and proactive approach.
- Experience of compiling management reports.
- Sophisticated use of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Commercially focused with a good understanding of the current environment.
