- Strong leadership skills;
- Strong architecture and documentation skills;
- Highly structured and organized, with strong interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure
- Knowledge of Application Management and Maintenance
- Proven experience in Business Continuity Management
- Excellent knowledge of ISO 22301:2012
- Knowledge of ISO 27001:2013
Your Tasks
- Document/update the inventory of GBS-managed applications including ownership and Business Continuity classification
o Business Applications
o Infra. Applications
o Internal Applications
- Document an Application Impact Analysis for the mission-critical GBS-managed applications based on the priorities defined by Management
- Document for each mission-critical GBS managed applications
o Definition and Service Description of the applications
o Architecture of mission-critical GBS-managed applications
o Roles and Responsibilities of mission-critical GBS-managed applications
- Execute a review of the mission-critical GBS-managed applications based on the priorities defined by Management
o Documentation
o Architecture vs BC Objectives
Roles & Responsibilities
o Review of SW/HW versions
o Dependencies
o Backup & Recovery
o Continuity Testing
o Documentation of recommendations and mitigation plans
- Review and propose improvements to GBS Service Continuity Management Tools
o Centralizing all documentation to ensure their availability and appropriate maintenance in dedicated environments, only accessible by authorized personnel and available at all times, including in case of Disaster
- Define and implement a Service Continuity Management Dashboard and reporting
- Define and document the mitigation plans where needed
o Architecture update
o SW upgrade
o HW upgrade
o Backup procedures
- Evaluate budget for implementation of the mitigation plans
