We are urgently looking for an IT engineer in Cameroon meeting the description below.
Initial 3 months contract.
We are looking for candidates for a Gross salary of USD 2,500
NO ACCOMMODATION provided for the resource.
Charging System engineer required to sit onsite at Cameroon office reporting to IS Implementation manager.
Nodes: SDP, AIR, CCN/OCC, IVR, MINSAT
Tasks:
1. End to End Analysis of BRS
2. New Feature Implementation on Test system and migration on production environment
3. Implementation of Promotion on Production Environment
4. Analysis for charging issue (Undercharging,Overcharging ) with Revenue Assurance Team
5. Mock Bill Preparation each month with Techno tree Team
6. Post-paid Promotion Implementation and coordination with EMM Team for the impact on billing system
7. CDR analysis
8. Analysis of Health Check Report of Charging System
9. Scripting for Daily Jobs
10. Coordination with 3pp for Integration issue and feature Implementation
11. Troubleshooting and coordination with other team
12. Customer Complaint Tickets
13. Coordination with BI Team for Reporting Rules and Parameters in CDR
