Description
URGENTLY seeking CRM Solutions Architect with an ASAP start date based in Gothenburg for a 6 month contract
The role will advise, cooperate with and assist CRM Manager in responsibilities including but not limited to
- Defining project scope
- Act as Project Coordinator/Manager
- Design system set-up
- Perform system customizations
- Conducting project workshops
- Document solution
- Act as an advisor for the CRM Manager
- Suggest maintenance/life cycle approach
- Conduct Go-live support
- Create and possibly conduct TTT-training material (in corporation with Training Manager)
Skill set including but not limited to
- Salesforce.com certifications (Marketing Cloud, Service cloud)
- Used to working with an Agile approach
- Fluent in English & Swedish preferable but not mandatory
- Based in Gothenburg at least 50% of the time, other travels might occur
- Must be able to start project by week 24
