Description
Enterprise Architect required for a client based in Swindon for a 6 month initial contract.
The successful candidate will -
* Understand business and technology strategy and priorities
* Linking capabilities and change to outcomes and benefits
* Deliver business and technology responses to guide new and in-flight initiatives
* Understand the key architectural implications of strategy and requirements to provide answers/guidance for solution architects to follow
Essential Skills
* Strong Stakeholder Management and Engagement
* Experience in a range of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) capabilities, primarily
* Human Resources: Human Capital Management (HCM), Training and Competency
* Financial Management: General Ledger, Reconciliation, Statutory & Regulatory Reporting, Source to Pay (S2P), Corporate Performance Management (CPM),
* Risk: Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), 3 Lines of Defence (3LoD)
* Financial Crime: Fraud prevention, Anti Money Laundering (AML), preventing Bribery & Corruption
* Experience of working within a financial institution
* Architecture governance using principles and patterns.
Desirable Skills
* Experience of process automation and machine learning
* Breadth of experience to cover both Business and Technical architecture
* Appreciation of some of the following: Authentication and biometrics, Cyber Security and Payments
* TOGAF experience/certification
