Harvey Nash is looking for an experienced Market Development Representative to join our international client on a 12 months contract based in Central London.
Responsibilities:
- Perform product and region specific marketing campaigns and messages to drive interest.
- Detect high business opportunities and make the first contact with potential clients in your assigned area.
- Use phone, email and chat to perform outbound customer demand generation.
- Review relevant databases to research accounts and uncover new opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Build prospect relationships to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Work with cross-functional partners to improve the product's vision and drive growth initiatives.
- Arrange relevant steps to convert prospects in sales opportunities by scheduling meetings, track results of the different contacts, and present the products and solutions that are especially relevant for the client.
Minimum qualifications:
- Ideally first experience in proactive customer outreach and direct customer interaction/customer contact.
- English fluency
- Strong written and spoken communications skills.
- Analytical skills and a high level of self-motivation.
- Structured and solution-oriented approach.
- Outgoing personality with proactive, resilient and service-driven attitude.
- Authenticity and self-confidence, ability to work independently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Additional language skills would be beneficial.
- Technical interest.
- A team player that feels comfortable in a dynamic, international and multicultural environment.
- Experienced in working with clear targets.
- Knowledge and experience with CRM tools advantageous.
