Urgent contract role! CBS (Convergent Billing system) Senior Solution Architect Spanish speaking Expert needed in Argentina

Requirement
1) More than 8 years' experience in large Telecom and IT companies, more than 5 years in CBS architecture design, development, integration, and operations.
2) Awareness of Project Management Methodology such as Huawei Proved best practice Project Management Process.
3) Willingness to frequent travel in different country of Latin America if required
4) Problem Solving and Conflict Handling
5) Share knowledge
6) Competence development
7) Decision Making
8) Risk Analysis
9) Fluent English and Spanish as working language
10) 12 months rolling contract
11) be on site ASAP.
