Description
I am currently looking for an experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager for either a perm or long term 3 year contract in Leige, Belgium.
The customer have a number of consultants in the Service Delivery/Support/CoE team, technical and functional resources with SAP Skills.
They need a manager to manage this team of 25 people.
They need an experienced SDM with SAP experience, the person should also be ITIL certified.
This person should lead by empowerment and be prepared to roll their sleeves up when needed, it will involve the management and coordination of the team, KPI monitoring etc.
IS-U experience is not essential but SAP support team management experience is.
This person must speak fluent French and English.
Experience:
- Previous project experience within a French speaking environment
- "Hands on" Management experience
- Responsible for a team of 26 people
- Multiple Service Providers are active, so coordination is important. Added layer of complexity
- A commitment of 3 years is required
- ITIL
- KPI-reporting
- Reduce the team in 3 years from 26 to 19 FTE's.
- Proven SDM experience
