Quality Analyst
Quality Analyst assures the quality of software tools by using manual and automated testing methodologies, organizing the testing through Test Plans/Test cases, executing Test scripts, reporting Bugs and Enhancements, and resolving Client Issues, as well as seeking effective communication between Peers, QA Managers, Business Analysts and Developers and End-Users. This will include functional, integration, automation, regression, and data testing.

Roles & Responsibilities
Understanding business design documents and requirements of End-Users (data collection).
Prepare Test plan, Test strategy and other test scripts in accordance with established QA standards.
Carry out various levels of testing, including: Compliancy with the design/specs, Integration, Regression, Performance etc.,
Capture/record test results and report to the project team.
Analysis of test results against established standards with a focus on user requirements/technical specification documentation.
Participate in and contribute to various agile ceremonies.
Provide accurate time estimates to project leader for testing tasks.
Record and communicate testing status to various project stakeholders.
Conducting User Acceptance Testing.
Write Test Summary reports at the conclusion of the testing cycle.
Execution of automation scripts and result analysis
Requirements
BE/Btech in Computer science or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience
Good understanding of Oops concept.
Automation experience in selenium/QTP/UFT will be preferred.
The profile involves effective communication between Peers, QA Managers, Business Analysts and Developers globally and hence possessing excellent communication skills in verbal and written English is a must.
