Harvey Nash is seeking a Market Development Representative (UK/IE and Benelux) to join an American multinational technology company famed for its leading search engine along with a number of other products on a 12 months contract in London (Victoria station)!
Market Development Representatives (MDR) bridge the gap between Marketing and Sales and have the exciting privilege of being true evangelists for the Enterprise market. In many occasions, you will be the first point of contact at company - creating a simple, beautiful and intuitive experience for prospective customers to learn about, engage with and implement company's product. You will coordinate with your aligned Field Sales Rep to approach your territory, prospects as well as applying best in class demand generation and sales skills through outbound outreach to identify net new prospects. You will work cross-functionally with experienced sales reps and marketing managers.
You should have good analytical and relationship-building skills, along with the entrepreneurial drive to initiate campaign execution, be creative on identifying potential targets and be able to work & coordinate with company's partners. You should demonstrate strong project management capabilities, and should be excited to actively coordinate across multiple stakeholders to get things done. You should be the operational champion of our client management and lead day-to-day relationships with stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in economics, IT, communication studies, social science or geoscience or equivalent professional education with business focus
- Ideally proven experience in proactive customer outreach and direct customer interaction/customer contact
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently
- Strong written and spoken communications skills
- Analytical skills and a high level of self-motivation
- Structured and solution-oriented approach
- Outgoing personality with proactive, resilient and service-driven attitude
- Authenticity and self-confidence, ability to work independently
