An exciting opportunity is available for IT Business Analysts with Finance and DataStage experience. These positions are located in the historic city of Luxembourg.

We are searching for candidates with the following profile:
- 2 to 6 years of proven functional experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector in gathering, analysing and translating business requirements into functional specifications
- Functional knowledge of at least one of the business domains: financial instruments, accounting, risk management, banking Front Office, banking Back Office, administration
- Hands-on mentality and ability to cope with changing requirements
- Well-organised and self-disciplined
- Strong analytical, conceptual reasoning and solution design skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate also with non-technical audience
- Able to liaise with your team and other stakeholders to ensure that the business requirements are met in a timely, costly and qualitative manner
- Fluent in English and/or French
The following technical skills are necessary for this position:
- Experience with Transact SQL databases (Sybase ASE and IQ)
- Banking Sector functional knowledge: Practical experience in relevant domains (eg as Trader, Banker, Front-officer, Back Office clerk, accountant, risk manager, administrative expert, etc.)
- Experience gathering requirements
- Detailed business analysis and production of written business requirements
- Testing: experience with planning, specification, preparation and execution
Applicants should be able to start in September 2017.
These positions can be offered with either CDIs or long-term freelance contracts.
