Workday Functional Lead with profound knowledge in Absence Management and Time Tracking wanted for our Zurich based client in the luxury goods sector.Your experience/skills:
- Extensive knowledge of Project and Process Management methodology
- Solid understanding of HR Processes and Systems especially in the area of Absence Management (AM) and Time Tracking (TT), according to this AM and TT Workday know-how is mandatory
- Excellent comprehension and experience of the functional landscape and integration requirements
- Extroverted personality adapting to different target groups, therefore good analytical, communication and negotiation skill are essential
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Taking Responsibility for internal and deliverables of the specific AM and TT processes including the management of risk, issue, decision and defect logs
- Developing and managing the project plan to ensure success of the process implementation of the system within AM and TT area
- Providing leadership based on experience with global HR applications, integrations and interfaces, data profiling, conversions, testing, and functional cutovers
- Reviewing, approving and signing off major system design decisions and the final design blueprint incl. reviews of overall design
- Contributing to change management by closely aligning with overall functional lead
