Description

I am currently looking for a Marketing and Sales Support Administrator, based in our Bracknell Head office, you will be joining my clients leading global organisation. Due to a centralisation of activities, we require departmental support for the team, enabling front line marketing and sales personnel to spend more time developing and implementing their business growth plans as you take and share responsibility for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

The defined set of activities will be determined by the skills and competencies of the individual and needs of the Business Groups which may change over time as our organisational structure and strategy evolves.

They include but are not limited to the following areas:

*Lead and/or secondary contact for one or more Business Groups and/or Activity Categories; Customer Events and Exhibitions, Promotional Activity, Marketing Collateral, Customer Requests and Surveys
*Application and documentation of Standard Operating Processes for all replicable activities
*Process improvement project lead/contributor
*Participation in corporate initiatives eg price change customer communication
*Support the harmonisation and optimisation of sales and marketing sub-optimal processes
*Balance subject matter expertise with multi-skilling to ensure service continuity for the team and Business Groups
*Act as a departmental support expert by providing interpretation, guidance and training to co-workers on routine support duties, technical requirements, protocol, policy and procedures on areas of experience

*A strong customer service ethic
*Strong communication, networking and interpersonal skills
*The ability to work autonomously on own initiative and be a proactive team player, taking accountability for individual and team contribution
*Reliable and intuitive with excellent organisational skills
*The ability to multi-task efficiently and prioritise effectively
*A continuous improvement ethic and the confidence to learn and develop through continuous development
*A good understanding of sales and marketing processes is desirable
*Keyboard and PC literate, MS Office Skills
*Occasional travel is required.
