Role overview:
This individual will be responsible for the reconciliation and resolution of historic accounts receivable discrepancies.

This individual will work as part of a team of an Operation team who are collectively responsible for managing a billings and collections ledger in the region of £100 million across EMEA. Billing processes across accounts can be vary and requires individuals who are able to multitask and deliver to high standards.

An active participant of the team, that identifies the need to resolve a query and prioritise in order of importance to meet customer needs. Uses technical and professional knowledge know how to build effective work relationships based on task completion and demonstrates patience despite setbacks.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Complete high volume cash reconciliations, by reviewing invoiced transactions against bank statement
* Identify and resolve open issues surrounding receivable discrepancies;
* Identify root causes of reconciliation issues;
* Ensure payments received are allocated to provide zero value outstanding debt
* Prepare credit adjustment requests if required
* Present outcome of reconciliation efforts to Senior Operations Leaders weekly, provide recommendations to investigation
* Assist with implementation of process going forward to avoid historic issues and to provide accurate accounting
