CRM Solution and Integration Architect
CRM Solution and Integration Architect is needed for a long-term project based in Stockholm, Sweden. The client is planning to finalize a CRM solution and requires Solution and Integration Architect. The candidate should have architecture experience in the CRM solutioning.
The candidate should be CRM architect (any CRM product is fine) who should be able to help the client in identify and conceptualize the CRM solution and the how the CRM product should integrate with the Policy Administration system, Customer Information system etc.
The primary tasks include the below:
- Develop and document solutions
- Participate in the process of anchoring design and solutions to the Solution Office
- In dialogue and collaboration with other architects in the team, ensure that solutions that are produced in a cost-effective manner meet the business requirements of the business and are in line with current strategies, principles and guidelines
Skillsets:
- Experience in working as a solution architect in the banking and/or insurance industry
- Experience as a architect in any CRM product
- Experience of architectural work in complex environments as well as ability to identify and evaluate the architectural requirements.
- Experience of agile working methods
- Knowledge of .NET and Java development
- Experience in documenting architectural relationships in Sparx EA.
