MiFID II Post-trade transparency & transaction reporting - Based Helsinki Finland
7 month contract
Needing to be compliant with MiFID II post-trade transparency & transaction reporting, as well as best execution quality and top 5 venues reporting. This is to promote financial markets that are fair, transparent, efficient and integrated in EU, and to further strengthen investor protection and address the development of new trading platforms and activities. The project analyses the reporting requirements in the MiFID II/MiFIR legislation and the associated guidelines from ESMA; scopes and initiates the needed changes in the Banks relevant trading and settlement systems and drives the implementation of reporting tools necessary to fulfil the MiFID II/MiFIR requirements on Post-Trade Transparency & Transaction Reporting theme.
We need a consultant with Project management skills
Work task:
- Keeping track of project status and reporting to the Bank.
- Assist in planning and prioritising the needed activities
- Helping on material to project's Steering Committee meetings
- Keeping track of dependencies, both towards Bank Group MiFID II project and other stakeholders
- Assist product owners of post-trade transparency and transaction reporting tracks to create, refine and prioritise product backlog for upcoming sprints
Output
Transparency reports for shares, depositary receipts, ETFs, certificates and other equity-like products published to an APA in 1 minute from time of execution
Transparency reports for bonds, structured finance products, emission allowances and derivatives published to an APA in 5 minutes from time of execution
Transaction reports for all products sent to the Swedish FSA within T+1
Best execution quality reports and top 5 venues published quarterly and annually
Client information sent trading venues together with orders and supplemented end of trade date
