Description
IT Business Analyst - Credential Management wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- Experience applying business analysis techniques, including UML and BPMN
- Technically savvy with an background in at least one of the following areas: Authentication, Credential Management, HSM, Citrix
- Experience identifying and documenting infrastructure and/or IT Security requirements
- Knowledge about Security components (smartcards, HSM) and CITRIX considered as strong asset
- An understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a plus
Your tasks:
- Working in the Security Engineering team
- Analysing business requirements-gathering activities, such as evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and supervising stakeholder interviews
- Describing processes, including the organizational structures
- Assisting in quality control and project management
