Senior Financial Operations Manager
We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Operations Manager to work for a growing financial services business in Cambridgeshire. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team within a fast changing environment.
Senior Financial Operations Manager Responsibilities;
- Manage a small team within financial operations to deliver daily and monthly reconciliations.
- Drive process change including identifying and prioritising areas for improvement with assistance of wider finance team.
- Define target operating model for the function.
- Create a strong team dynamic and create clear and concise goals for the team to deliver.
- Ensure appropriate governance and controls are in place.
- Provide SME knowledge and leadership to the team.
Senior Financial Operations Manager Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CIMA
- Experience of improving financial control frameworks
- Successful track record of delivering change within financial operations.
- Extensive financial services experience.
