Client Migrations Consultant
A Client Migrations Consultant is urgently required for a long-term, lucrative contract position with a major financial services client based in Amsterdam.
The Client Migrations Consultant will participate in a team working on an integral communication approach and impact analyses for several migrations projects. This analysis relates to channels, accounts, clients, reporting and all PCM products and is key for client communication.
The Client Migrations Consultant will have a good understanding of the payments market, and will be responsible for activities including:
- Analysis of client impact and preparation of client communication
- client migration activities
- liaising with stakeholders
- conduct strategic studies (qualitative and quantitative research)
- perform specific (data) analyses/deep dives and clearly present the outcomes towards relevant stakeholders
The Client Migrations Consultant will be a collaborator with good communication and documenting skills and possess a positive, critical and proactive attitude. The Client Migrations Consultant will be able to operate independently and effectively manage relations with stakeholders.
The Client Migrations Consultant will have skills and experience including:
- Bachelor/master level
- Strong relevant experience in similar roles
- Experience of translating IT changes into relevant changes for clients
- Knowledge of International Payments and Cash Management business
- Strong analytical skills, Attention to detail;
- Knowledge of International Payments and Cash Management business
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access
- Customer centric attitude
- Flexible and delivery minded;
- Focus on execution and delivery, accustomed to working under pressure
- Good organizational skills with the ability to co-ordinate and prioritise work;
- Ability to operate individually but in a team as well;
- Strong interpersonal and communication (orally and in writing) skills;
- Good command of both English and Dutch
