Full life cycle estimation and all packages. Cross-discipline in mechanical, pipe and construction estimation needed. Working with a leading waste operator who has multiple projects all over the UK.Duration: 6-12 months
Key responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for developing a parametric model to establish its scope.
- This includes defining the end use of the model, the physical characteristics of the models, the cost basis of the models, and the critical components and cost drivers.
- The end use of the model is typically to prepare conceptual estimates for a process plant or system.
- You will also be proficient in the Lang factor which is the total cost of installing a process in a plant to the cost of its major technical components.
- Producing productivity analysis, progress and to-go forecasting.
- Routinely updated Project Cost Management System for actuals, commitments and project variances.
- Project Status Review reporting.
- Worked with engineering and construction leads to update project schedules weekly and monthly.
- Project Estimating from conceptual level through detailed execution.
- Estimating Procedures Development.
- Estimating System Development and Implementation.
- Contract Management.
- Risk Analysis.
- Project Cost Benchmarking.
- Capital Budget Planning and Implementation.
