ITSM ITIL Systems Manager (Long term contract)

Experience needed

System level knowledge on BMC ITSM toolset (7.6, 8.1) and its capabilities

ITIL Service management knowledge (minimum foundation)

System level knowledge on BMC ADDM toolset

Experience in CMDB Atrium EAI and Reconciliation methodology

System level knowledge on BMC API

Experience in management systems implemented at NCIA

Proven ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing

Security Clearance

NATO Secret or national equivalent level (verification will be conducted).

This is initially a 6 month contract with potential to extend into a 2 year contract.
