A Leading Financial Services Company are recruiting for a Qualified Accountant who has extensive Reporting, Planning and Analysis experience to join their team based in Birmingham.
Length of Contract: Six Month Rolling Contract
Location: Birmingham (ability to work from home)
The Qualified Accountant will be responsible for the below:
- Proactively manage and improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of the financial analysis of business performance MI
- Defines clear instructions and provides appropriate training/support to stakeholders
- Anticipates and identifies existing or emerging risks/issues
The Accountant will require the following skills:
- Role relevant qualifications, ie Qualified Accountant
- Past working experience within Financial Services with a particular focus on reporting, analysis and planning
- Experience of supporting comprehensive business/operating plans which consistently deliver desired results
- Proven experience of being able to handle multiple deliverables simultaneously whilst maintaining an exceptional level of quality.
- Achieved targets and met expectations whilst supporting and encouraging others to do the same
- Work closely with Planning & Analysis Manager(s) in a constructive manner to successfully achieve deliverables
- Previous experience with Financial Services and Investment Banks.
