Job Description:
3+ years of project management experience, including Agile Scrum Master experience
Experience directing and motivating geographically distributed teams, including offshore development partners
Strong leadership skills (clear direction, consistency, decisiveness, accountability, conviction, cooperation)
Proven track record meeting project deadlines
Experience with guiding and improving agile development practices
Experience working with or on an enterprise service provider application team
Ability to quickly grasp, discuss, and communicate technically complex requirements, in particular security-related concepts
Strong understanding of the product development life cycle
Excellent skills in critical thinking and analysis, meeting facilitation, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal interactions
Ability to effectively drive resolution of issues and roadblocks
Highly motivated and proactive to ensure the success of the team and product
Certified Scrum Master or Certified Agile Practitioner preferred
