Description

The role of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Business Analyst within the project is to work within the Technology work stream of the global People Systems Programme (PSP).

Reporting to the Technology Project Manager supporting and delivering:
Technology requirements, analysis and design
Detailed work steam or work package task planning
SaaS technology solution design including as-is assessment and to-be definition
Issues and risks identification and mitigation coordination
Stakeholder engagement across the Firm, programme and Implementation Partner
The HRIS Technology Business Analyst is part of the global People Systems Programme and reports to the PSP Technology Project Manager
The HRIS Technology Business Analyst will liaise with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority across the Firm, programme and Implementation Partners.
Also, has a dotted line responsibility to the Technology Business Analysis Team, led by the Head of Business Analysis, and supports and coordinates knowledge and skills transfer into permanent members of that team as appropriate against a knowledge and skills transfer plan

You will be able to:
- Utilise your understanding of HR SaaS to effectively support the Technology work stream across Integrations, User Provisioning, Information Security, IT Policy requirements and compliance, technology enablers driven from the Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes and testing (SIT and UAT)
- Identify, validate and consolidate the high-level technology requirements, Analyse, understand and correctly articulate the As Is', ensuring a sound basis for when capturing and articulating the To Be'
- Competent facilitator
- Analyse, understand and articulate the scale and impact of the business change from the perspective of people, process, technology and data
- Support the test team and business during the test execution phase
- Work independently with little or no supervision, as well as work as part of a team
- Define and validate the high-level plan for carrying out the business analysis activities. This includes the stakeholder engagement and communication plan, BA resource requirements, and the definition of the Business Analysis deliverables appropriate for the change.
- Analyse, validate and effectively communicate the requirements across many stakeholder groups (globally) using appropriate modelling techniques
- Lead the capturing and validation of Acceptance Criteria' that support the accuracy of the requirements in the form of a behaviour'
- Manage & communicate the refinement of the requirements, including changes to scope or increased complexity, ensuring that any impact to quality, cost or time is evaluated and communicated
- Represent stakeholders in their absence to ensure the project is kept on track and that the Business/project outcome is not compromised
- Work with predefined documentation including process diagram templates to ensure transparency and consistency across the Business Analysis team
- Capture and refine requirements using User Stories' and provide Acceptance Criteria' in the form of a behaviour.
