Job Description & Responsibilities
- Inputting/coding/posting of Accounts payable invoices in accounting system, checking purchase orders and received goods
- Inputting/coding/posting of Accounts receivable invoices and assisting in the processing of supplier payments
- Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records
- Inputting of bank statements and preparing Bank Reconciliations
- Assisting with Quarterly and Annual Regulatory Reporting;
- Updating and maintaining accounting journals, ledger and other records
- Carrying out other general accounting and administrative duties related to the smooth running of the finance team.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Applicants must at a minimum have an A level qualification in accounting
- Applicants must have 2 year experience in a similar role.
- Be proficient in the latest Microsoft Office applications, particularly Navision and Microsoft Excel
- Have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a dynamic environment;
- Present a friendly outgoing and positive attitude
- Must be fluent in French
Job Description - Comptable Général
Report to: Finance Manager
Comptabilité générale:
- Gestion de la comptabilité fournisseur: saisie et enregistrement des factures,
- établissement des paiements, lettrage, passage des provisions en fin de mois (FNPCCA)
- Gestion de la comptabilité client: règlements
- Etablissement de la déclaration de TVA
- Gestion des immobilisations
- Saisie de la banque
- Etablissement des rapprochements bancaires (2 banques)
- Participation aux reportings mensuels
Par la suite et en fonction de votre autonomie, vous aurez à gérer les inter-compagnies et
vous participerez aux clôtures annuelles.

Profil:
- BTS minimum
- Une expérience d'au moins 3 ans est exigée sur ce poste
- La connaissance du logiciel Navision est primordiale
- La rigueur, l'adaptabilité et l'organisation sont des qualités importantes sur ce poste
