Sherpa Business Analyst
I am urgently looking for a skilled Sherpa Business Analyst for my client in Belgium. This is a long term position with an immediate start. You will be deployed in an ambitious business transformation and deployment program to support our business challenges in the future.
Do you like analysing business processes, working in projects, new challenges, and helping people with your energy? Then you may be the person we would like and need in our project team!
What will you do?
- You support analyzes and implementations in support of the realization of the business strategy
- You are responsible for mapping and analysing business processes and business requirements.
- You list situations as well and proactively think about desired business processes that meet the goals of the transformation program
- You take initiative to make decision-making in the analyzes What do we expect from you?
- You have a university degree, preferably in a scientific or economic direction.
- You are familiar with the insurance industry or very motivated to gain insight into this.
- You have experience as a business analyst, working with business processes and/or project management.
- You have strong analytical skills, you are solution-oriented and creative. You can think out of the box to propose improvement capabilities in processes.
- You have affinity with IT.
- You are looking for an initiative, you are proactive.
- You are good trilingual (Dutch, French, English) and communicative strong.
- You are a real team player, you encourage teamwork and you are enthusiastic about your colleagues.
- You are result oriented with attention to quality and customer focus.
- You are proactive about changes, you create a climate of continuous improvement.
